An Update On Level Design

So, what I’ve been doing as far as Source level design goes. Well, I have entered a mapping competition called “HalloweenVille” hosted by PlanetPhillip.com My job is to make a scary ass make that scares the socks off of the judges. Could be some fun.

Of course, I am working on Half-Life 2: Retaliation, though I will admit, I haven’t made much mapping progress. I really have been working on other things.  I am also working on a new secret project of mine, though I might scrap it, as it just doesn’t seem to have any motivation for me anymore.

I am also working on owc_prison, a multiplayer community-created map for Overwatch, a Half-Life 2 multiplayer mod. I’ve been making LOTS of progress on that, which is nice.

I started mapping for Team Fortress 2 during this last weekend, and I must say, it is a GREAT DEAL of fun. I am greatly motivated to get  a map out there, and possibly make really really good maps that I can do contract work with VALVe. But we’ll see how it goes. I’ll get some screenshots, and officially announce it soon enough.
